It is the most comprehensive formula: it includes initial set up, long and medium term planning, load customization and workout analysis, Strength & Conditioning sheets, weekly summary and monthly call with dedicated Coach. There is a minimum of 4 months which are essential to “get the hang of it.” The cost is € 100.00 monthly, with the possibility to also have the customization of the Strength & Conditioning part by FIPE Certified Coach for an additional € 30.00 monthly
It’s the formula we created for special events or as an introduction to Destination Unknown. The presence of the Reference Coach remains, as does the customization of loads and mid-term planning targeted to the event, as well as the start/end block call with the coach. It is a more streamlined and less demanding formula, but it is also a great way to test and understand our system.
